Choosing paint and wallpaper is one of those things that looks straightforward until you’re faced with seventeen shades of off-white. It should be a joy, and with the right guidance it is. We love colour and will always champion it, but we know equally well when a calm, quiet white is exactly what a room needs.

We know that a north-facing room needs careful handling, that a bedroom calls for something restful and that a dining room, more often than not, can take a really bold colour. We also adore the occasional quirky wallpaper.
